
After only 2 years Sands Beach Restaurant already boasts an enviable reputation for heavenly beachside dining. Chef Luciano Scardaccione (formerly of Hotel Es Vive) has created a delicious mouthwatering menu that goes above and far beyond the usual beach club fare.
First and foremost a high standard restaurant, with impeccable table service, dishes such as the island-renowned Seared Tuna steak with Wok Vegetables or the hearty Homemade Beef Burger are highlights, whilst the sublimely light and fresh Tuna & Avocado Tartare is simply stunning.
In 2010 Sands Beach restaurant welcomed Chef Yuji Miura as Japan's A-Life brings some Eastern influence to the beach. Now also choose from a divine Seafood Salad with Sashimi and Wasabi, or some tasty Crispy Tempura, with a side of Edamame beans.
Feeling super hungry? Our Argentinian Steak served with steamy herbed potatoes is ideal, or for the sweet-toothed, a refreshing Green Tea Ice Cream or a home baked warm chocolate brownie is the perfect dining finale.
